PEHONAN PARKWAY

Located north of the North Saskatchewan River, Little Red River Park is known for it's beauty and serenity, while still within the city limits. The park is open year round and provides trails for bikers, hikers and skiers, depending on the season. There are two areas, the Lower Plains on the banks of the Spruce River and the Upper Plains. Both have great trails, flowers and an incredible ecosystem including Jack Pine forest and boreal plains. The Park is a great destination for family outings, wiener roasts, weddings and more. Park amenities include: Kinsmen Ski & Snowboard Centre, cross country ski trails (which are maintained by the PA Ski Club), on-leash dog walking, snowshoeing, picnic sites and camp kitchens including barbeque pits and an unsupervised toboggan hill.

Lakeland Ford Park is located on the North side of the North Saskatchewan River in the Pehonan Parkway next to Little Red River Park. The City of Prince Albert owns the park, with the PA Slo Pitch League maintaining it for use of it's league members and other rentals. The Park has seven regulation slo pitch diamonds, washroom facilities, concession and picnic area as well as a playground.

Mair Park is located on the south bank of the North Saskatchewan River. The Park includes Prince Albert Minor Baseball Association facilities as well as a variety of active and passive amenities including a connection to the Rotary Trail, disc golf course, picnic areas and a playground.
